About Embers
Embers is a quiet, personal companion for the long work of recovering from burnout. It's not a productivity tool. It's not a clinical product. It's a small, kind space where you can notice how you're doing, follow a gentle plan, and write things down when you need to.
Why we built it
Burnout doesn't show up all at once and it rarely lifts all at once either. Most recovery happens in the small choices: the walk taken instead of one more meeting, the early night, the sentence written in a journal at 10pm. Embers exists to make those choices a little easier to remember and a little easier to keep.
How it works
- A short reflection to see where you are.
- A small plan with a handful of tiny daily practices.
- A journal that, if you want, reflects back gently. Never clinically.
- Weekly notes on what's helping and what's draining you.
- Reminders by email or push, at your own pace, with one tap to skip.
What it isn't
